Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to any order you place with Au-Chemi Ltd (trading as Au-Chemi Nails).

Making your set

Every set is made to order. Please allow roughly 10 to 14 days for your set to be made. We'll email you a tracking number when it is dispatched.

Delivery options and costs

Delivery options and prices will be confirmed at launch and shown at checkout before you pay. All dates we give are estimates made in good faith.

For UK and EU customers: unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the recipient. Delivery times can vary with customs processing in your country.

Delays

If your order is delayed, we'll tell you as soon as possible and give you a new estimated delivery date.

Returns
