How long does delivery take?
Every set is made to order. Allow about 10 to 14 days for your set to be made, then delivery. Delivery options and costs will be confirmed at launch. See our Shipping Policy.
How does the waitlist work?
Join using the sign-up at the bottom of any page. You'll hear first when orders open.
Can I personalise my nails?
You choose your gold finish: 14ct, 18ct or 24ct gold-plated. Engraving (initials, a date or a short word) is available on bridal sets. See Bridal.
What are they made of?
Each nail is electroformed in copper, plated with palladium as a barrier layer (instead of nickel), then plated in real gold. Gold-plated, not solid gold.
How do I care for my nails?
Each set comes with care instructions. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces, clean with a soft lint-free cloth, and store them dry when not in use. With care, you can wear them again and again.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, paid by the recipient. Delivery times vary with customs in your country.
