Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains your rights when you buy from Au-Chemi Ltd (trading as Au-Chemi Nails). It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. 30-day returns

You can return a set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason, as long as it is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

This doesn't apply to engraved or personalised sets made to your own design (see section 3). Faulty items are always covered (see section 2).

How to return: email info@auchemi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the set back.

2. Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your nails are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose:

• Within 30 days of delivery you can reject them for a full refund.
• After 30 days you can ask us to repair or replace them. If that isn't possible, or doesn't fix the problem, you can have a refund or a price reduction.
• Within 6 months of delivery, a fault is presumed to have been there when you received the set unless we can show otherwise. You may have further rights for up to 6 years.

Examples of faults: a plating flaw, the wrong carat or finish, or a size different from the one you ordered. Damage caused by misuse or by not following the care guide is not a fault.

Email info@auchemi.com with your order number and photos. We pay the return postage for faulty items.

3. Engraved and personalised sets

Sets engraved or made to your own design are made specially for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed items in section 2 still apply in full. Sets in our standard sizes, without engraving, are not personalised and are covered by the 30-day return.

4. Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing info@auchemi.com. We refund non-personalised orders in full. If engraving or personalisation has already started, we'll tell you what we can refund before you decide.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving the returned set or agreeing a refund for a fault.
