Booking Questions?
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your initial consultation 4-6 months before your wedding date to allow ample time for design, creation, and delivery. For Countdown Concierge service, you can book up to 6 months in advance.
What happens after the initial consultation?
After your consultation, if you decide to proceed, we will begin the design development phase. This involves creating mock-ups based on our discussion, incorporating your feedback through revisions, and finalizing the design before production begins.
Can I book for my entire bridal party?
Yes! Our Bridal Party Coordination service is designed for this. Please select this option during booking or mention it during your consultation, and we will arrange a group session to discuss cohesive looks.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation to reschedule. You can reach our Bridal Concierge team at info@auchemi.com or by phone.
Is the consultation fee applied to my final order?
The initial consultation is complimentary. Should you proceed with a bespoke service like the Signature Bridal Set, the cost of the service will be discussed and agreed upon during the design development phase.
